Geographical position
It is located 9 km from Russia , 24 km from Volkovysk , 80 km from Grodno . The population of 150 people.
The area of the village is 52.55 ha [1] . There are three streets in the village: Sadovaya, Shkolnaya and Rural. The infrastructure is a closed school, a closed dining room, a culture house, a shop and a post office.
In 1796, it belonged to the chapel of the Volpovsky church. In 1836 - a state village, 28 yards, 197 residents. As of January 1, 2004 - 118 households and 331 residents [2] .
