Evgeni Vladimirovich Martianov (born February 12, 1938 , Krasnodar ) is a Soviet and Russian track and field coach . Honored Trainer of the USSR (1991).

Biography
Evgeny Vladimirovich Martianov was born on February 12, 1938 in Krasnodar. In 1959 he graduated from the Department of Physical Culture of the Krasnodar State Pedagogical Institute .
Since 1959 he has been working at the FSO Dynamo [1] . For several years he was a senior coach of the USSR national long jump team [2] . For many years he was a senior trainer and teacher of the athletics department of the Krasnodar Regional School of Higher Sports Excellence [3] [4] .
He prepared a number of famous athletes, including:
- Leonid Voloshin - 1990 European champion, two-time European indoor champion (1992, 1994) [5] ,
- Tatyana Rodionova - silver medalist at the indoor indoor championship in 1985,
- Stanislav Tarasenko - silver medalist of the 1993 World Cup,
- Evgeny Tretyak - three-time indoor champion of Russia (1995, 1997, 2001),
- Andrey Kurennoy - champion of the 1995 Universiade, champion of Russia in 1997 [6] ,
- Igor Gavrilenko - the champion of Russia in the premises of 2001,
- Asker Barcho - 1969 USSR champion.
In the 2010s, he began to prepare bobsledders, among his pupils: Alexey Pushkarev, Vasily Kondratenko and Alexei Zaitsev [7] [8] .
Awards and titles
- The honorary title " Honored Trainer of the RSFSR " (1983).
- Honorary title " Honored Coach of the USSR " (1991).
- The badge of honor "For Merits in the Development of Physical Culture and Sports" (1998).
