Biography

Born on November 17, 1977 in the village of Bogolyubovo, Suzdal district, Vladimir region [1] .

In 1994 he graduated from the Bogolyubov Secondary School, and in 1999 - the Department of New and Contemporary History of the History Department of Vladimir State Pedagogical University (VGPU) [1] .

In 1999, he began his career as a history teacher in high school [2] .

In March 2000, according to the results of the competition, he was adopted by the announcer of the program of programs in the Vladimir State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, and then became the leading news correspondent. From the beginning of 2002, he worked as an announcer of the youth program “Together” of the regional radio [3] .

In July 2002 he moved to Moscow and got a job as a correspondent for the VKT television company [1] .

In May 2003, he transferred to REN TV [1] [4] as a correspondent, and in the autumn of that year he became the host of the 24 news program (in the framework of rebranding in February 2010, it was renamed to Novosti 24 [5] , February 2015 - in the "REN TV News" [6] ). Initially, he conducted issues in the regions, and after leaving on maternity leave Tatyana Limanova - morning issues [2] . After the dismissal of Olga Romanova in November 2005, he temporarily led the final release at 23:30 [7] . Then he worked in daily issues, and since January 2008 - in the evening, at 19:30 [8] [9] . In addition to working on the air, he periodically went on business trips as a special correspondent for the television company [10] [11] [12] .

In 2012, he collaborated with the portal Ferra.ru , published his reviews of mobile phones [13] [14] and gadgets [15] .

In parallel, he worked on the radio. He was a presenter of the live broadcast of the City-FM information radio station [16] , from December 2014 to July 2015, along with Igor Barchugov, he hosted the program “In Other Words” of the “ Capital FM ” radio station [17] [18] .

From September 2015 to November 2016, he was the deputy editor-in-chief [19] and host of the Life channel [20] (until April 18, 2016, LifeNews) [21] .

From December 1, 2016 [22] to July 8, 2017 [23] he was a presenter of the linear broadcasting of news releases of the round-the-clock information channel Russia-24 [24] .

From July 2017 to June 30, 2018 - Deputy Managing Director of the RBC television channel for political broadcasting [25] . On July 1, 2018, he took up the position of managing director of RBC TV channel, replacing Igor Poletaev in this post [26] .

On December 6, 2018, he represented the RBC television channel in the annual program “ Conversation with Dmitry Medvedev ” [27] .

At the same time as working in the media, he conducts pedagogical activities. Since 2014, he was a lecturer at the Academy of TV at the Institute for Continuing Education at Moscow State University of Information Technologies, Radio Engineering and Electronics (MIREA, MGUPI) [28] , and since November 2016, he has been a master of higher education for television and radio hosts at the Ostankino Higher School of Film and Television [19] .

He was a member of the joint jury of the TEFI-Region -2012 contest [29] , a member of the jury of the Letter A competition-prize [30] .

I met my future wife Alexandra during their joint work in the Vladimir State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company [36] . In 2006 [37] the couple had a daughter, Taisiya [36] .

Hobbies

In his free time, he studies the latest in computer technology and smartphones [38] , and engages in kinect games [39] .
