Fushimi-no-miya ( 伏 見 宮 ) is the oldest of the four Sinnoke , branches of the imperial house of Japan , which have the right to inherit the chrysanthemum throne after the extinction of the main imperial line.
The founder of the house of Fushimi-no-miya was Prince Yoshihito (1351-1416), the son of the emperor of the Northern Court, Suko (1334-1398), who ruled in 1348-1351. Since this house was founded by the emperor-contenders of the Northern Court , the first three princes are sometimes not recognized as the legitimate princes of Fushimi-no-miya.
All the later junior branches of the imperial house came from the house of Fushimi-no-miya, their founders were the sons of .

In 1947, after the adoption of the new Japanese constitution, the titles Sinnoke, Oke, and Kazoku were abolished.
