Sickle bratworm ( lat. Lactárius lilacínus ) is a mushroom of the genus Mlechnik ( lat. Lactarius ) of the Syrronejk family ( lat. Russulaceae ). Conditionally edible.

Description
- Hat — 4-8 cm, first flat, then funnel-shaped. The skin is lilac-pink, pubescent, without concentric zones.
- The plates are adherent to the stem or slightly descending, frequent, ocher, with a pinkish tinge.
- Spore powder is white. Disputes are rounded, ornamented.
- Leg 3-8 cm tall, в 0.8-1.2 cm, cylindrical, hollow, straight or curved, ocher, powdery on top.
- The flesh is whitish-pink, with a mushroom smell.
- Milky juice is plentiful, white, caustic.
Ecology and distribution
It grows in deciduous and coniferous forests in damp places, mainly under the alder .
Season : September-October.
