Born in 1949 in the city of Balkhash in the Dzhezkazgan region . Member of the CPSU since 1971.
In 1967 he graduated from Akzhal secondary school. He worked as a hauler at the Akzhal mine processing plant. In 1970, after serving in the army, he entered the mining workshop as a well driller.
Since April 1973, the driller foreman of the mining workshop of the Akzhal mine of the Kazwolfram production association.
He was awarded the Orders of Lenin (1986), the Red Banner of Labor (1976), and the medal "In commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin" (1970).
In 1980, the State Prize of the Kazakh SSR was awarded.
People's Deputy of the USSR from the Dzhezkazgan territorial constituency No. 627 of the Dzhezkazgan region (1989) [1] . Member of the Commission of the Council of the Union on labor, prices and social policy.
He was a member of the Nevada-Semey anti-nuclear movement
Currently a pensioner. He has 9 grandchildren: Arsen, Malika, Arna, Nurat, Ismail, Merey, Karim, Mansur, Laysan.
