Victor Ivanovich Solopov (born October 2, 1942 , Akmolinsk ) is a Soviet electric welder, full holder of the Order of Labor Glory [1] .

He worked as an electric welder at the Kazakhselmash Tselinograd plant of the USSR Ministry of Tractor and Agricultural Engineering. He headed the integrated team for the production of non-standard equipment [2] . In 1975, 1981 and 1986 he was awarded the Orders of Labor Glory of the 3rd, 2nd and 1st degrees, respectively.
Since 1999, lives in the city of Klimovsk, Moscow Region (now part of Podolsk ) [2] . Since 2013 - Member of the Presidium of the Klimovsk City Organization of Veterans [3] . In 2016, at the next congress of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, he was awarded the G. A. Zyuganov Order of Merit for the Party [4] .
Since 2017 - Member of the Public Chamber of the City District Podolsk [5] .
