Magdeev, Nail Gambarovich

Born in the city of Bugulma , TASSR . He graduated from the Bugulma school number 2. After graduation, he went to study in Leningrad .

In 1982 he graduated from the Leningrad Forestry Academy named after Kirov, majoring in mechanical engineer.

After graduating from high school, he moved from Leningrad to the Tyumen region, where for a year he worked as a mechanical engineer at PO Serginoles.

In 1982, he returned to his hometown and got an engineer in the geophysical repair and assembly office of the Tatneftegeofizika trust (Bugulma).

From 1984 to 1986, he was the secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Tatneftegeofizika trust, and in 1986 he was appointed head of the mechanical and energy department of the Tatneftegeofizika trust.

In 1990 - First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the City Council of Bugulma.

In 1992, he was appointed deputy head of the administration of the Bugulma district and the city of Bugulma for public utilities.

In 1995-1996 - Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Chairman of the Commission on State Construction of Local Government and External Relations (Kazan).

From 1996 to 2005, he served as chairman of the Bugulma United Council of People's Deputies, head of the administration of the Bugulma district and the city of Bugulma.

In 2005 he defended his thesis “Political vectors of international cooperation in the field of poverty reduction”, was awarded the degree of candidate of political sciences.

2005–2010 - Head of the Bugulma municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan, mayor of the city of Bugulma.

On April 22, 2010, by decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, he was approved as Minister of Forestry of the Republic ^[1] .

In 2015, after working for a year as the head of the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nail Magdeev was elected to the post of mayor of the city. At the first meeting of the City Council was attended by 43 out of 45 deputies. 41 people voted for the candidacy of Nail Magdeev for mayor of the city ^[2] .

Over the past year, his wife had no income, but indicated as a personal property a half-apartment with an area of ​​95.4 m², as well as a Toyota RAV4 car ^[4] .
