Shkatulla, Vladimir Ivanovich

Vladimir Ivanovich Shkatulla (born 1944, Borisogleb of the Yaroslavl Region, RSFSR, USSR, and the Russian Federation) is a Soviet and Russian legal scholar, professor. Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Honorary Worker of Higher Education, Candidate of Law, specialist in the field of philosophy of law, legal technique, theory of state and law, sociology of law, local self-government, labor law, social security law, service law, educational law, personnel management. 1963 secondary comprehensive labor polytechnic school with vocational training No. 1 of the city of Volzhsky, Volgograd region. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov in 1972, in 1981 he graduated from the graduate school at the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR and defended his dissertation on the topic “Functions of Labor Law”. Since 1994, a professor.
