Biography
Mordkovich A.G. is the author of more than 300 publications [1] , including books on mathematics for schoolchildren, university entrants, pedagogical students, and mathematics teachers [2] [3] . For many years, A. G. Mordkovich headed the Department of Mathematical Analysis of the Faculty of Mathematics of Moscow State Pedagogical University and the Laboratory of Modern Methods of Mathematical Education at the Moscow State Pedagogical University.
A. G. Mordkovich is the organizer and permanent scientific leader of the International Scientific Seminar of Teachers of Mathematics of Pedagogical Universities of Russia (which even received the informal name "Mordkovich Seminar") [4] , which has been operating since 1987. During the period 1987—2017, 36 seminars in different cities of Russia.
Research interests: methodology of teaching mathematics at school and pedagogical university.
