Oskerko Stepan Mikhail ( September 12, 1712 , Novogrudchin -?) - economist, lawyer, counselor of justice of King Frederick II .
Biography
He studied at the Slutsk gymnasium . He continued his studies in Konigsberg and Berlin . Due to the persecution of the father by the Jesuits, he was forced to return home and adopt the Catholic faith.
Since 1733, again in Prussia , Counselor of Justice of King Frederick II.
In 1760 he wrote an economic treatise "The Modest Plan of Reorganization of the Wastes of the Brandenburg Mark" , submitted to the King of Prussia Frederick II (currently stored in the Russian National Library in St. Petersburg ). For the first time introduced into scientific use the term "plan".
