Vadim Volya (real name - Vadim Anatolyevich Golovnya; born July 14, 1964, Pyatigorsk) - Russian writer, artist, screenwriter, director, producer [1] , formerly an oceanologist, polar explorer. Biography

Born in Pyatigorsk , Stavropol Territory. Parents: father - designer, mother - signalman, colonel of internal service. He spent his childhood in the village. Bolshevo , Moscow region.

  • 1981-1986 - studied at the Faculty of Oceanology of the Leningrad Hydrometeorological Institute (LMI), which he graduated with honors.
  • 1987-1990 - worked as an oceanologist at the Hydrometeorological Center of the USSR.
  • 1991 - professionally engaged in literary activities, as well as advertising, design and animation. As a director and screenwriter, he shoots music and advertising clips (“ Leg Keeps Up! ”, “ Bonnie NEM ”, etc.)
  • 1999 - as a director, shoots the animated film "Blizzard" (based on the story of A. S. Pushkin).
  • 2002-2006 - creates books and the animated series “Clara, Dora. Raging Grandmas ”, where he acts as an author and director, and also, together with his brother, Oleg Golovnya, acts as a producer.
  • 2011 - present - together with his wife, Olga Maria Tumakova, works with various Moscow theaters as a theater artist.
  • 2013 - created the hero Arkady Parovozov, astronaut, superhero and rescuer, the animated series " Arkady Parovozov in a hurry to help ."
  • 2015 - created the animation studio " Steam Locomotive " together with Evgeny Golovin and Anton Smetankin.
  • 2016 - is engaged in producing theatrical performances of the Moscow Royal Theater.

Personal life

Married to artist Olga Maria Tumakova. There is a son, Maxim. Two children from their first marriage - son Denis and daughter Alena.
