Avzalshoev, Askarsho Avzalshoevich

Askarsho Avzalshoevich Avzalshoev was born on November 7, 1931 in Khorog , GBAO , the Tajik SSR in the family of peasants.
After graduating from a seven-year school and pedagogical college in Khorog, he entered the Stalinabad State Pedagogical Institute named after T. Shevchenko to the Faculty of History (1948-1952) ^{[1] [2] [3]} ..

He began his career as a history teacher in secondary school No. 3 named after SM Kirov in Khorog, where, along with teaching, he served as secretary of the Komsomol school organization (1952-1956) ^{[1] [2]} .

In 1956, after joining the ranks of the members of the CPSU, he became director of the Khorog evening school , at the end of the same year he was appointed head of the cabinet of political education of the Shugnan district party committee (1956-1957) ^{[1] [2]} .

In 1957, he was elected first secretary of the Shugnan district committee, and in 1961, first secretary of the Khorog city committee of the Komsomol of Tajikistan ^{[1] [2] [3]} .

In 1961 he was elected First Secretary of the Gorno-Badakhshan Regional Committee of the Lenin Communist Youth Union - the Komsomol of Tajikistan ^{[1] [2]} .

In 1963–1970, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee of the Council of Workers ’Deputies of the GBAO ^{[1] [2] [3]} .

In 1970 he was elected First Secretary of the Khorog City Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan (1970-1978) ^{[1] [2] [3]} .

Since 1978, he has been working as a lecturer in the propaganda and agitation department of the Gorno-Badakhshan Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan ^{[1] [2]} .

From 1978 to 1992 (before retirement), director of secondary school No. 2 named after Kalinin in the city of Khorog ^{[1] [2]} .

From 1992 to 1995, Methodist Khorog city department of national education ^[1] .

Since 1995, he was again invited to the leadership of the city, where he initially performed the duties of the department manager, then the deputy chairman of the Khoruk Khukumat ^[1] .

Askarsho Avzalshoevich Avzalshoev died on February 17, 2016 in Khorog , at the age of 85, buried there ^[1] .
