Biography
Alexander Volynets was born on October 9, 1974 in Ternopol. From 1981 to 1991, he studied at the Ternopol Secondary School and graduated from the Ternopol Instrument-Making Institute (now ), and received a degree in mechanical engineering.
From 1996 to 1997 he served in the army. From 1997 to 2003 he served in SKA (Army Sports Club) as an athlete-instructor. From 2003 to 2012, he served at the Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Ternopil Region in training as an athlete-instructor at the FSO Dynamo. In 1997 he became a member of the national team of Ukraine. His trainers were N. Kataeva, V. Ratushnyak, O. Evgrafov [2] , I. Sivak, R. Zakala.
He works on a voluntary basis in the Ternopil branch of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine. Chairman of the athletes commission of the Ternopil branch of the NOC.
