He graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute (1943). Member of the war (Navy).

Since June 1944, at Laboratory No. 2 of LIPAN (Institute of Atomic Energy): Junior Researcher, Senior Researcher, Team Leader.

One of the first developers of physical equipment for atomic research (neutron counters, etc.).

Candidate of physico-mathematical sciences (1962).

1960 Lenin Prize - for work in the field of technology.

He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War II degree (1985).
