Biography
Zofer Khusayinov was born on February 25, 1952 in Moscow . For the first time I became interested in boxing while I was still studying in the second grade of school, at first I trained under the guidance of my uncle, who practiced boxing in the army. In the seventh grade, he enrolled in a boxing section at the Sports Club of the Army of the Moscow Military District , where he was under the wards of Alexander Vladimirovich Shashkov and Anatoly Nikolaevich Vinogradov. He performed quite successfully at the junior level, at the same time he graduated from the State Central Institute of Physical Culture in 1974 and decided to devote himself to coaching.
Coaching activity began in 1977 in the boxing team of the Moscow Energy Institute . For many years he worked as a trainer-teacher at the boxing department at Moscow State Mining University and later at the National Research Technological University " MISiS ". An employee of the training and sports center, head of the department of physical culture and health, professor, candidate of pedagogical sciences , in 1983 he defended his thesis on the topic “Formation of shock movements taking into account the speed-strength characteristics of young boxers” [1] .
Over the years, coaching has produced many award-winning athletes who have achieved success in the international arena. At various times he took part in the training process of such famous students as Nikita Ivanov , Hovik Hovhannisyan , Sergey Vodopyanov , Andrei Zamkova , Adlan Abdurashidov , Evgeny Tishchenko , Murat Khrachev and others. [2] [3] He was the first boxing trainer of a famous journalist and martial arts masters Sergei Badiuk , who came to him at the age of 26 [4] .
For outstanding achievements in the field of coaching in 2006, Zofer Khusainov was awarded the honorary title " Honored Coach of Russia ".
Author of more than 70 training and teaching aids on boxing. In 1995, he released the well-known monograph "Training of knockout blows of highly qualified boxers."
In 2007, as a coach, he took part in the popular reality show King of the Ring on Channel One , in particular, was engaged in boxing training for such celebrities as Igor Livanov , Alexey Khvorostyan , Nikas Safronov , Alexander Porokhovshchikov, and others [5] .
