Biography
In 1932 he graduated from the Military Technical Academy of the Red Army .
He worked at the Research Institute of Plant No. 67, since 1938 - at GSKB-47.
The first design task is lighting (luminous) bombs. By the end of 1933, the first luminous 5 kg air bomb - the SAB-5 was presented to the commission.
From February 1940 to 1946 he was the head of the department for the development of mines for smooth-bore mortars. The staff of the department in 1940 and the first half of 1941 developed and transferred to the industry a system of mortar rounds, which included 50- and 82-mm fragmentation mines, 107- and 120-mm high-explosive fragmentation mines, as well as 82- and 120-mm large mines capacities. In the same period, the department developed and put into service the Red Army incendiary, smoke and lighting mines, as well as training and practical mines of repeated use of all calibers.

- 1946 Stalin Prize - for the creation of a 160 mm mine
- Order of the Patriotic War I degree (1946)
- 1951 Stalin Prize - for the development of a 240 mm and a new 160 mm mine
- USSR State Prize of 1977 - for achievements in the development and production of new types of products.
