Career
Andy Gotts has long been a little-known photographer from Norfolk, whom almost no one knew outside the region. In 2005, Gotts decided to send letters with a proposal of cooperation to 100 popular people from the world of show business. He received only one positive response - from actor Joss Ackland . But that was enough for Gotts. While working with Ackland, the photographer asked who he could recommend as a future model. The actor immediately remembered Greta Scacca , who also agreed to collaborate with Andy. She, in turn, helped the photographer to establish professional relations with other actors. In this way he acted further. One of the actors advised Dustin Hoffman , that one - Brad Pitt , who recommended contacting George Clooney . Collaboration with Pierce Brosnan began on the recommendation of Sir Alan Bates . As a result, Gotts got a whole project called "Degrees" ( Eng. Degrees ) [3] . Gotts transferred the proceeds from the then released album to diabetes research.
Gotts photography was the last professional work of Tony Curtis [4] [5] .
In 2007, Andy Gotts held the final photo shoot of the legendary London Savoy Hotel before its two-year reconstruction.
He holds the title of Master of Arts from the University of De Montfort in Leicester.
