Igor Igorevich Spassovkhodsky (born August 1, 1979 , Moscow ) is a Russian athlete specializing in triple jump . European Indoor Champion 2005. Bronze medalist of the 2001 World Cup. Participant in two Olympics (2000, 2008). Two-time champion of Russia (2005, 2009). Five-time indoor champion of Russia (2000, 2002, 2005, 2009, 2011). Master of Sports of Russia of international class . Honored Master of Sports of Russia (2009) [1] .

Biography
Igor Igorevich Spassovkhodsky was born on August 1, 1979 in Moscow. He started athletics at the age of 16 in the School № 44 with the coach T.A. Timokhina [2] . In 1998, he concentrated on practicing a triple jump [3] . In 2003, he moved from Evgeny Ter-Avanesov to Denis Kapustin , and then to Vyacheslav Sokolov [4] . He plays for the MGFSO club [5] .
