Born May 20, 1897 in the city of Artemovsk, Donetsk region.
Member of the Civil War, discharged from the army in 1922
- From 1937 to 1941, Director of the Novokramatorsky Heavy Machine-Building Plant.
- From November 1941 to September 1942, the director of the Stalingrad Tractor Plant.
- Since August 1942, he is a member of the operational group of the Stalingrad City Defense Committee for the Traktorozavodsky District of Stalingrad.
- In 1942-1945 Director of Tank Plant No. 174 in Omsk.
- In September-November 1945, he was a member of the reparation commission in negotiations with Japan.
- Since 1946, deputy Commissar of Railways. By a resolution of the Council of Ministers of the USSR of July 1, 1948, he was approved as Deputy Minister of Railways for steam and car repair and engineering plants.
Further fate is not known. He died in Moscow on February 1, 1964. [one]
