Biography
Born in 1886 in the village of Bijo, Shemakha district, Baku province (now Akhsuinsky district of Azerbaijan).
He began his career in 1932 as an ordinary collective farmer on the collective farm named after Azizbekov of the Akhsuinsky district, later a link manager and foreman on the same collective farm. In 1947 he received a high wheat crop - 32.85 centners per hectare on an area of 8.5 hectares. Since 1965, retired.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of March 10, 1948 , for obtaining high yields of cotton and wheat in 1947 on irrigated lands when the collective farms compulsory supplies and contracting for all types of agricultural products, in kind payment for the work of the MTS in 1947 and the provision of seeds for all crops for spring sowing of 1948, Jabiev Khudaverdi Salman oglu awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the gold medal " Hammer and Sickle ".
He died on July 3, 1975 in his native village.
