In 1940 he graduated from the Electromechanical College.
From 1932 until his retirement, he worked at the NII-24 (NIMI): draftsman, designer, leading designer.
In 1930-ies. participated in the creation of high-explosive, cumulative and armor-piercing shells. During the Great Patriotic War and in the post-war years, he was the leading designer in the development of special (lighting, smoke, incendiary) shells and shells for the Navy artillery.
1951 Stalin Prize. He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor (1945).
He died not earlier than 1997.
