On December 31, 1883, a new wooden one-throne church was consecrated in the village in the name of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (closed in 1962).
Due to its favorable position (the Ufa road connecting Nyazepetrovsk and Krasnoufimsk passed near the village), fairs were held in Savinovo until 1917 [3] .
