Biography

Nikolai Aleksandrovich Shvaryov was born in December 1890 in Perm. Educated at the Perm Alekseevskom real school . From 1913 to 1916 He studied at the Higher Art School of the Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg. He worked as an architect in the design and planning department of the municipal committee (1936-1937), was a manager in Permoblproekt (since 1944), acting director and chief architect (1953-1955). [1] [2]

He died in Perm on April 17, 1962.

  • β€œThe House of the Chekist” (1929–1939) (Sibirskaya Street, 30) (project under the direction of N. A. Shvaryov, as well as V. I. Solomatov, A. S. Rusakov)
  • Fire Station (rebuilt by N. A. Shvarev in 1951) (Ekaterininskaya St., 53a). Originally built by V.V. Popatenko .
  • School number 9 (1939) (Komsomolsky Avenue, 45).
  • Administrative building of the Permlesprom industrial complex (1946) (Monastyrskaya str., 4a)
