Content
Geography
The village is located near the Vladimir - Murom - Arzamas highway, 10 km southeast of the center of the village of Malyshevo and 24 km south of the district center of the working village of Krasnaya Gorbatka .
History
The village was first mentioned in the salary books of 1676 as part of the Korobodchikovsky parish , it included 1 yard of landowners and 6 peasant households [2] .
In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Drachevsky volost of the Melenkovsky district . In 1859 [3] there were 17 yards in the village, in 1905 [4] - 40 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Drachevsky village council of the Selivanovsky district , since 2005 as part of the Malyshevsky rural settlement .
In 1981, the Guba eight-year school was organized in the village on the site of the Sanchug primary school [5] .

Infrastructure
In the village there is Gubinsky elementary comprehensive school [5] , kindergarten No. 14, feldsher-midwife station, rural house of culture, post office [10] .
