Ivan Ilyich Maslov (1815-1891) - Manager of the Moscow Specific Office , Privy Councilor .
Born April 18 ( 30 ), 1815 . He studied at the Nizhyn Lyceum , which he graduated in 1835 . In April 1836 he entered the civil service and 29 years later, on April 17, 1865, he received the rank of full state councilor , and in 1879 - privy councilor. He was the manager of the Novgorod, then - Moscow Specific Office [1] .
He was awarded the Order of St. Anne of the 2nd Art. with the imperial crown (1863), St. Vladimir 3rd art. (1867), St. Stanislav 1st art. (1869), St. Anne 1st Art. (1871; imperial crown to the order in 1873), St. Vladimir, 2nd art. (1875). He was a member of the Commission for the construction in Moscow of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior .
He died on November 14 ( 26 ), 1891 . He was buried in the village of Krasnopole, Krolevetsky district, Chernihiv province .
