Creteil - Prefecture ( fr. Créteil - Préfecture ) - station of line 8 of the Paris Metro, located in the city of Creteil. Named by location near the city hall and the prefecture of the department of Val de Marne, from which it received the name. Also nearby are the Creteil Palace of Arts and Culture and Lake Creteil.

History
- The station opened on September 10, 1974 at the end of the launch site of Creteil - L'Eche - Creteil - Prefectures of line 8. Until October 8, 2011, the station was the terminal on the line.
- The passenger flow at the station at the entrance in 2011, according to RATP , amounted to 4865573 people [2] . In 2012, this figure dropped to 4443410 passengers [3] due to the launch of the new Pointe du Lac metro station, but in 2015 the total annual passenger flow increased again to 4986457 passengers (84th place in terms of the incoming passenger flow in the Paris metro) [4 ] .
Track Development
The station consists of three tracks. To the north of the station, the western path continues with an exhaust dead end, and to the south is a single-track reverse dead end (previously it was a three-way dead end, but in 2011, the Creteil - Prefecture - Pointe du Lac route was opened from the lateral paths of the dead end).
