Biography

Anastasia Meskova was born on July 23, 1985 in Moscow , in the family of teachers at Moscow State University . Since childhood, the girl dreamed of becoming an actress, since 1989 she began to engage in choreography in the V. Loktev ensemble . In 1990, she became a laureate of the MSU-90 Art Festival. In 1992, she became famous by winning the Morning Star television contest, where she danced a number for the song Edith Piaf .

In 1993 , she starred in the film “ Ballerina ” by Alexander Zguridi and Nana Kldiashvili. In the same year, Anastasia entered the Moscow Academy of Choreography , where her teacher Natalya Revich . Graduated in the class of Sofia Golovkina . During her studies, she was a member of the New Names program. In 1999 she received a diploma - a scholarship from the Maris Liepa Charity Foundation for the Promotion of the Development of Choreographic Art. She participated in the tour of the Academy of Choreography in Japan, Germany, Israel, and Norway.

In " Artek " met with the director Vladimir Grammatikov , who offered the young actress (at that time she already starred in episodes of two films) the main role. In 1997 , Meskova played the main role in his film " Little Princess ". For this film, she received the Great Gold Medal of the Moscow Film Festival and the Golden Aries-98 Award for Best Actress.

In 2009, she graduated from the State Academic University of Humanities with a degree in Cultural Studies.
