Biography
Born in the village of Pyatina (now Dolzhansky district, Oryol region ). After graduating from a 7-year school, he went to Dnepropetrovsk to his older sister, worked as a laborer in a factory.
From May 1940 to March 1948 he served in the Navy in the Black Sea Fleet, a participant in the Great Patriotic War.
After being transferred to the reserve, he worked as an agent for the procurement of agricultural products in the Khotynetsky and Droskovsky regions.
In 1957, he was sent by the chairman to the lagging collective farm named after Dzerzhinsky in the Pokrovsky District of the Oryol Region, among the 30-thousanders.
Hero of Socialist Labor (12/11/1973). He was awarded 10 orders and medals, including the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1966), and the medal "For the Defense of the Caucasus . "
Since 1987, retired.
Died in the city of Orel. He was buried in the cemetery of the village of Droskovo .
