Viktor Viktorovich Isaichenko (February 8, 1976) is a Russian footballer who played as a defender . Known for playing for clubs in the first and second divisions of Russia.

Biography
Pupil of Barnaul football. At the age of 16, he began to play at an adult level as part of the local club Polytechnic-92 , who played in the second league of Russia . Since 1996, he played for the Novokuznetsk Metallurg , in four seasons he played more than 100 matches in the second league.
In 2000 he moved to Tom , acting as a division above. Over the next four and a half seasons he played more than 100 matches for the club. In 2004, when Tom successfully performed in the first division, the footballer did not have a place in the first team, having played only four matches, and during the summer break he was leased to his former club Metallurg. At the end of the season, Tom put Viktor on a transfer [1] .
Later he played for Chelyabinsk Spartak and Irkutsk Zvezda . In 2007, he returned to Barnaul and for six seasons played for the local Dynamo , spent more than 100 matches in the second and first divisions. In 2007, as part of the Barnaul team, he became the winner of the eastern zone tournament of the second division [2] .
He completed his professional career at the age of 37. In total, over his career he has played more than 450 matches, including more than 170 matches in the first division and more than 270 in the second, and also more than 25 in the Russian Cup . The best personal achievement in the Cup was participation in the 1/8 final match against Torpedo-Metallurg in the 2003/04 season [3] .
After completing his professional career, he played in Barnaul for amateur teams. Since the mid-2010s, he has been competing in veterans [4] [5] .
