Geography
The village of Bazhukovo of the Nizhneserginsky municipal district municipality , part of the Nizhneserginsky urban settlement municipality , is located 16 kilometers (20 kilometers along the highway) south-southwest of the city of Nizhny Sergi , on the watershed of the Serga River (right tributary Ufa River) and the left tributary of the Demid River. In the vicinity of the village, 2 kilometers to the east, passes the Nizhny Sergi - Mikhailovsk highway. In the village there is a railway station Bazhukovo Sverdlovsk railway [2] .

The village was founded in 1914 in connection with the construction of the railway [2] .
