The first written mention of Uyezd refers to the year 1416 [3] , when the village belonged to the Hvalkovice fortress, which, after the reconstruction of the 16th century, became a castle. The first known owner of Uyezd was the Czech nobleman Jan from Hvalkovits. In 1597, the village was bought by Jan from Dobřenice, and at the end of the XVIII century. it belonged to Duchess Wilhelmina Sagan . In 1849-1867 joint self-governing unit - the municipality, together with the Benefit pod-Gorzhichki. Then a separate municipality. In 1899, a non-profit partnership “Economic and reader conversation” arose ( Czech Hospodářsko-čtenářská beseda ), and in 1909 a municipal fire brigade was founded. In 1913, a fire station was built and commissioned. In 1926, the construction of a water supply system was completed. In 1952, an agricultural cooperative was created, which broke up the following year. A new agricultural cooperative was founded in 1957. In 1960, Uyezdets lost the status of a municipality and became part of the municipality of Lgota pod Gorzychki . In addition, there is a merger of all local agricultural cooperatives (Uyezdets, Lgota pod Gorzhichki, Vestec, Svetla). In 1985-1990 The Uyezd was part of the municipality of Gorzhychki , and since 1990 - in the municipality of Lgota pod Gorzychki [4] .
