Biography

In the 1993/94 season he played in the amateur championship of Ukraine for " Cold Beam " from Makeevka. In the summer of 1994, he became a player of Makeevsky Bazhanovets , who entered the First League . A year later, the team became known as Shakhtar. In the second strongest Ukrainian division, he spent more than a hundred matches. In the 1998/99 season, the team left professional football, and Ladeyko left the team in the middle of the tournament. Later, for three years he played for Mashinostroitel from Druzhkovka, who played in the Second League . Together with the team, he twice reached the 1/16 final of the Cup of Ukraine , as well as the semi-final of the Second League Cup [1] .

Since 2002, he has been working as a children's coach at the Donetsk Shakhtar Academy. He was a mentor to children born in 1988, and together with the team he became the winner of the Ukrainian Youth Football League in 2004 [2] . Then, he coached children born in 1992, led the team to victory in the tournament in memory of Viktor Bannikov [3] . One of his pupils was Alexander Karavaev and Sergey Bolbat [4] [5] .

In 2007, together with the veteran team, Shakhtar became the winner of the Ukrainian Super Cup [6] . In November 2008, he completed an internship at the Manchester United Academy of English [7] . In 2011, he received a UEFA diploma of category “B” [8] . As a coach of a team of sixteen-year-old football players born in 1996, he became the winner of the 2012 Youth League [9] and the international youth tournament [10] . Among his pupils were Vladlen Yurchenko and Viktor Kovalenko [11] [12] .

In 2013, for the first time became the head coach of the team under 14 years old [13] . He led the team to victory in the championship of Ukraine and the tournament in memory of Gennady Zhizdik [14] [15] .
