In the season they planned to invite 15 teams again, and one of the places was booked in advance for the champion of the Higher Ukrainian League , the final of which AMiK was forced to spend in January at the Sochi festival, and not in December in Kiev , in connection with the Orange Revolution . The favorite of the final was considered to be the team “Diesel”, which had already played in the Highest League in 2003 , but the Odessa “New Reality” became the champion. It was decided to take both teams to the Higher League, and thus invite 16 teams to the season. In the third 1 / 8th finals, six teams were to play, but all of them were warned that one of them could be removed from the game if the editors considered their preparation insufficient. As a result, the Left Bank team was removed from the game and sent to the Premier League [1] .

Among other participants of the season were three popular teams that missed the season, but for none of them the return was not successful. Vladivostok's national team again took an SMS vote to get to the quarter-finals, where they lost. The St. Petersburg team easily won the first game, but played poorly in the quarter-finals, and with difficulty went through to the semifinals, where it lost 0.1 points to the opponents and was not able to qualify for the Highest League for the first time. Minsk dwellers from the “PE” team missed the season, and returned to the Higher League, presenting a new, more theatrical style. After victories in three stages of the season, the finals, in which four teams played for the first time, approached them as favorites, but finally took the last place, losing the vice-champion “Four Tatars” and the championship to the two teams that divided the first place. They were the “Narts from Abkhazia”, who flew out in the 2004 season after the first game, and the metropolitan “Megapolis”, which played its first season in the Highest League.

The national team of Vladivostok played its fifth season in 2005, becoming the third team, after the Ural ravioli and the first BSU staff, with five seasons in the Higher League of KVN.
