Geographical position
The village of Pryadeina of the Irbit Municipal Formation is located 32 kilometers (37 km along the highway) south of the town of Irbit , mainly on the left bank of the Kirga River (the right tributary of the Nitsa River), between the mouths of the Golaya and Chernushka rivers [2] . The terrain is marshy, unfavorable for health. The soil is mainly black soil, partly loam [3] .
Village History
The toponym Strand means spin [2] . At the beginning of the 20th century, the main occupation of the inhabitants was agriculture. Wheels for carts of local production were sold at the Irbit Fair [3] .

In 1900, a zemstvo elementary public school was already operating in the village [3] .
