Asch van Wike Titus van ( niderl. Titus van Asch van Wijck ; August 29, 1849 , Utrecht — September 9, 1902 , The Hague ) is a Dutch nobleman, politician, minister of colonial affairs, and governor of Suriname. He was the son of Matthias Margaretus van Ash Wake and the grandson of Hubert Matthias Adrian Jan van Asch van Wake. He served as governor of Suriname from 1891 to 1896. He was Minister of Colonial Affairs from 1901 to 1902 in the government of Abraham Kuiper . He was a leading member of the anti-revolutionary party . Mayor of Amersfoort from 1883 to 1891 and from 1900 to 1901. Asch van Wijk was also a member of the House of Representatives (1881–1884, 1884–1886, 1886–1887, 1887–1888, 1888–1891). In the Senate of the Netherlands (1896-1901). Member of the Municipal Council of The Hague (1898-1900).
