Billy Eikner ( born Billy Eichner ; born September 18, 1978 , New York , USA ) is an American comedian, actor and screenwriter. Best known as the creator and host of the game show "Billy on the Street", as well as in roles in the series " Parks and Recreation " and " American Horror Story. "

The early years
Aikner was born into a Jewish family [1] . He graduated from Styvesant High School in 1996 [2] and Northwestern University in 2000 [3] . Actor Robin Lord Taylor was his roommate at the university [4] .
Career
As a child, Aikner starred in commercials. At the age of 12, appeared on the program " Saturday Night Live ", where he played the role of the son of actor John Goodman . Before starting a comedy career, he performed at the off-Broadway Theater [3] .
Aikner became known as the host and screenwriter of the Creation Nation: A Live Talk Show, well received by critics of the stage show. [5] He appeared as a special correspondent in the original short videos on the Conan show by host Conan O'Brien [6] , as well as in the role of himself in the programs “Watch what happened live” with Andy Cohen , [7 ] “The Last Call with Carson Daily,” “The Wendy Williams Show” [8] and “Fashion Control” with Joan Rivers .
He voiced the librarian Mr. Ambrose in several episodes of the animated series Bob's Diner . Aikner is a former member of the New York Improvisation Theater Upright Citizens Brigade Theater [9] .
Since 2011, Aikner has been acting as the creator, lead and executive producer of the comedy game show "Billy on the Street", for which in 2013 he was nominated for a daily Emmy Award in the category "Outstanding Game Show Host".
