The Austrian-Slovak Women Basketball League is a women's basketball tournament in which teams from Austria and Slovakia participated. In 2013, the basketball federations of Austria and Slovakia formed a joint championship. In this tournament, Austria was represented by the strongest clubs, from the side of Slovakia, teams of the 2nd echelon, farm clubs. In 2015, in connection with the entry into the final round of 4 Austrian teams, the ASWBL league title was played in the playoff games of the Austrian championship .

Tournament Format
The tournament is held in two stages
1) regular season - the teams play among themselves in a circular system;
2) the final of four - held at the site of one of the clubs in the playoff system.
