Jonathan Frederick Togo (born August 25, 1977) is an American actor best known for playing Ryan Wolfe in the CSI television series : Miami .

Early life
Togo was born in Rockland, Massachusetts, the son of Sheila, a housewife and former visual merchandiser and Michael Togo, a commercial artist and graphic designer who had previously worked for the Boston Globe . Sheila Togo now works at a SoWa open-air kiosk in Boston called Simply Sheila.
Togo's mother is of Italian and Irish descent, and his father is a Jew , with the original family name - “Tonkavievs”, shortened by the forefather, who wanted something more memorable for his carpet business.
He attended Jewish school [1] as a child and graduated from Rockland High School in 1995, where he was a wrestler. He took part in the “Modern Competitiveness and Advanced Curriculum Project” (a.a.a. PKC ASP) as a student in 1991 and 1992, then worked as a supervisor in 1996.
He continued to study at Vassar College, receiving a bachelor's degree in theater arts, and continued his studies at the Eugene O'Neill Theater National Institute of Theater. While in college, he performed in a band called The El Conquistadors (originally called Skabba the Hut) with Sam Endicott and John Conway, both of whom are members of The Bravery .
Career
Togo has performed and participated in numerous plays, including Our Country's Good . Although his best-known role is Ryan Wolfe in CSI: Miami , he has other works, including the lead role in the movie Special Unit 2 , as well as appearances in the show " Fair Amy ." He also played Pete in the movie Mysterious River .
In 2008, Togo wrote the script and directed the web series , “ My Best Friend is My Member,” for Atom.com.
Togo also starred in a web series entitled “Casted: Continuation of the Chronicle of Derek Rivchin, the greatest casting director in the world. Ever ", where he plays the main role of Derek: impudent, obscene and very rude casting director. Justin Long , who is Jonathan's best friend in real life, plays his assistant Scott. In 2010, he signed a contract for the role of the twin brothers Richard and Mark (who fall in love with the same woman), and in the movie " Equal . "
In September 2013, it was announced that Togo was part of the cast in the fourth season of Secret Affairs. [2]
Personal life
Togo was married to actress Dior Byrd from 2013 to 2016. The couple has a baby.
