Biography

Mechislav Goi was born in 1963 in the village of Shloventsy, Voronovsky district, Grodno region [1] . In 1989 he graduated from the Belarusian Institute of Agricultural Mechanization , and then worked as chief engineer of the Lenin collective farm.

He served as chairman of the agricultural production cooperative "Agro-escort." In 2004, he received a second higher education - graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus . Since 2004, he was appointed chairman of the Smorgon district executive committee. Deputy Voronovsky district and Zabolotsky rural Councils of Deputies [2] .

On August 11, 2014, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus, he was appointed Chairman of the Grodno City Executive Committee [3] .

Personal life

He is married, has three children [4] .
