Natalya Alekseevna Karamchakova (born 1975 ) is a Soviet and Russian athlete, a master of sports of international class [1] .

Biography
She was born on May 7, 1975 in the aal of Ust-Tashtyp of the Askiz district of the Khakass Autonomous Region, now the Republic of Khakassia, in a large family with ten children. Her sisters - Inga , Lydia , Tatyana and brother Andrei , also became famous athletes.
She began to engage in freestyle wrestling in Abakan since 1993, she also practiced judo in Abakan. She played for the Krasnoyarsk Sports School and the CSKA club. Her trainers were brother Andrei Karamchakov (since 1993), as well as Viktor Raikov and Valery Alekseev (since 1998) [1] [2] .
She became the vice world champion and European champion. In 2004, Natalia was forced to take a break in sports due to marriage and the birth of her daughter. She returned to the carpet two years later, hoping to perform at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. She was invited to the Russian national team in 2007 and participated in the World Cup, which was held in Krasnoyarsk. The performance was unsuccessful, and after the competition Karamchakova was found to have a prohibited drug - the metabolite methandienone [3] [4] , because of which she was fined, and together with her coach Valery Alekseev, she was disqualified for two years, which practically meant the end of her career for the athlete .
Married to his coach Valery Alekseev, Alexanderβs daughter is growing up in the family [3] .
