Geographical position
The village of Zhuravliny Log of the municipal district " Krasnoufimsk City District " is located 20 kilometers (37 km along the highway) west-south-west of the city of Krasnoufimsk , in a forested area, on the right bank of the Bolshaya Sarana river (the right tributary of the Ufa river). The railway line Moscow - Kazan - Sverdlovsk passes through the village [2] .
