Biography
She was born on December 17, 1968 in the village of Ust-Sos, Beysky district, Khakass Autonomous Region, now the Republic of Khakassia, in a large family with ten children. Her sisters - Inga , Natalya , Tatyana and brother Andrei , also became famous athletes.
She graduated from the law faculty of Krasnoyarsk State University in 1995 and the faculty of physical culture and sports of the Siberian Federal University in 2009.
Unlike their sisters who trained with their brother Andrei Karamchakov, the trainers of Lydia were V. Raikov , V. Alekseev [1] [2] .
She played in the Russian national team from 1996 to 2001, represented the Krasnoyarsk Territory . In 2002-2004, she played for the national team of Tajikistan , from which she participated in the 2004 Olympic Games. In 1998, Lidia Karamchakova became a judge of the republican category. She completed her sports career in 2004. She became a coach and in 2013 she was awarded the title of Honored Coach of Russia .
He lives in Krasnoyarsk, works as a trainer and teacher in freestyle wrestling in the city school for sports named after B. Kh. Saitiev [1] .
