Ezernieki ( Latvian. Ezernieki ) is a settlement in the Dagda Territory of Latvia , the administrative center of the Ezernieki parish . Located on the northeast shore of Lake Ezhezers at the intersection of regional roads P49 , P52 and P55 . The distance to the town of Kraslava is about 50 km [1] .

According to data for 2015, 426 people lived in the settlement [2] . There is a volost administration, a secondary school, a kindergarten, a community center, a library, a post office, a Catholic church.
History
In Soviet times, the town was the center of the Ezernieki village council of Kraslava district . The central manor of the “Ezernieki” state farm was located in the village [1] .
