Biography
He was born according to one data [1] in 1858, according to others [2] - in 1863. A peasant from the village of Boriskino-Igar, Stepno-Durasovsky parish, Buguruslansky district, Samara province . He graduated from the county school. For 30 years, consisted of parish clerk. Vowel county zemstvos, a member of its audit committee and the agricultural society. Engaged in farming (in possession of 9 acres of land).
On October 14, 1907, the State Duma of the III convocation from the Samara province was elected by the Congress of Commissioners from the volosts. In the Duma, he was a member of the Union October 17 bureau. He was a member of the commissions: land (comrade of the secretary), on local government, budget, to develop a bill to amend the current legislation on peasants.
