Biography
In 1963, he joined the SKA from Rostov-on-Don, where he played for the backup team. The following year, he transferred to the camp of Lugansk " Dawn ". In the 1965 season, the team took second place in their subgroup of the First League of the USSR, however, in the final tournament, Luhansk remained in seventh place. This season, Prodanets was the team’s top scorer with 14 goals scored [1] . In the same year he became the winner of the second group of class “A” among understudies [2] .
In 1966, for some time he played for the double of Dynamo Kyiv . However, he soon returned to the Dawn. In the 1966 season, the team won the First League and entered the Premier League . In the top division, he played for two years. In 1968, he became a player in the Communard Kommunarz from the Second League . He spent the 1969 season in Pyatigorsk " Mashuk ", playing in the First League. In 1970, he returned to Zarya again, but he no longer played for the team.
At the end of his career, he switched to coaching. He was a coach of the Lugansk Regional Higher School of Physical Culture (LOVUFK). Where among his pupils were Sergey Yuran , Oleg Suslov , Vladimir Mikitin , Vasily and Sergey Mazur , Vitaly Polyakov , Valery Reshetnev , Vitaly Kovtun , Oleg Shinkarev , Gennady Sushko , Dmitry Mashchenko and Eduard Sarkisov [2] [3] .
