Francesco Bergamini ( Italian: Francesco Bergamini ; born November 27, 1815 in Bologna ) is an Italian artist of everyday genre. In adulthood, he took part in the war for the unification of the country.

The artist was born into the family of the Italian mason Pietro Bergamini. Since 1833, Francesco began to paint and sell them. His paintings: “Reading choral notes”, “Stubborn donkey”, “Preparation for the holiday”, “Lesson”, “School class” and others.
In 1849, Francesco's mother died. After the rebellion of 1853, Bergamini had to flee to Turin , where he lived until the end of his life.
In 1859-1860, Francesco took part in the second Italian-Austrian war for the unification of Italy. During the war, Francesco fell ill with a fever, so in the following years he drew less. The artist died on April 8, 1883.
