Harbor Plaza Hotels and Resorts (also known as Harbor Plaza Hotel Management ) is a large Hong Kong hotel chain affiliated with Cheung Kong Property Holdings (a real estate operator affiliated with CK Hutchison Holdings - both owned by Hong Kong billionaire Lee Kashin ). Headquartered in the Two Harbourfront office tower in Kowloon City County . Harbor Plaza Hotels and Resorts was founded in 1997 as a joint venture of Hutchison Whampoa and Cheung Kong Group [1] [2] .
