Regal Hotels International (RHI) is a Hong Kong- based company that manages the Regal and iclub hotel chains. The holding company Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited is registered in Bermuda and has been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1980. The company manages its hotel property assets through the Regal Real Estate Investment Trust (Regal REIT) [1] [2] .

Along with Century City International Holdings, Paliburg Holdings and Regal Real Estate Investment Trust, Regal Hotels International Holdings is a member of the major Hong Kong financial group Century City Group [3] . The largest shareholder of the company is Hong Kong millionaire Luo Yuksui - Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of Regal Hotels [4] .
Founded in 1979, Regal Hotels International is one of the largest hotel operators in Hong Kong and is rapidly expanding its presence in mainland China (as of 2017, it had more than 10,000 rooms, more than 90 restaurants and bars) [5] .
Regal Hotels International is also engaged in leasing passenger aircraft [6] . The headquarters of Regal Hotels International is located at the Regal Hongkong Hotel in Causeway Bay [7] [8] .

As of 2017, new hotels were built in Hong Kong (Regal Hotel, iclub Mong Kok Hotel, iclub Soho Hotel), Jiangmen (Regal Hotel), Chengdu (Regal Xindu Hotel), Kunshan (Regal Huaqiao Hotel) and Zhengzhou (Regal Yuhong Hotel) [9] .
Previously, Regal Hotels International owned hotels in Toronto (Regal Constellation Hotel), Boston and Arizona .
