Club career
Freddy is a graduate of the Crystal Palace Club Academy. In 2013, the goalkeeper joined the youth team of Newcastle United . In 2014, it was leased by the Hartlepool United club, but did not become the main goalkeeper there and was soon recalled. In 2015, Freddie went on loan to Crowley Town and took part in eleven championship games in which he conceded seventeen goals. In 2017, the player spent the rest of the 2016/17 season on loan at the Kilmarnock Scottish club, where he conceded sixteen goals in fifteen meetings.
Team Career
Freddie went through all the youth teams of England, having played a total of forty meetings for them. In the youth team of England until the age of 17, he became the winner of the European Youth Championship [1] . In 2017, he was included in the “youth team” at the World Youth Championship [2] . At the tournament, Freddy was the main goalkeeper of the team. The English won this tournament [3] .

Personal life
Freddy's father, Andy Woodman, a former football player, goalkeeper, played in the lower English divisions. After completing a career, he took up coaching work [4] .
